This page explains the data and third-party services this site uses. It applies to this site's pages; other websites have their own policies.

Page view and referrer statistics

We count home page loads, their dates and the referring site the browser reports. Referrers are grouped only by platform name or domain; full paths and query strings are not stored, and unknown referrers are not guessed. These are page views, not unique visitors.

Our own statistics do not store visitor IPs; daily data is kept for about 90 days and the running totals are kept. The web host, network services and third-party services may still handle the IP, browser details and technical logs a connection needs, so our own practice does not mean no service ever handles your IP.

Live visitor count

A random ID in your browser lets us estimate how many people are on each section and page. The ID stays on your device until about a day after its last use, and clearing the site's stored data removes it. A page in the foreground reports its path and title every 2 minutes; search terms, form contents and accounts are never sent, and World Tour only keeps a fixed category label. Each browser counts once; embedded pages and the admin pages are not counted.

Individual online records live only in server memory and are removed when you leave or after 5 minutes without a report. To count unique visitors per hour, the random ID and the sections it visited stay in memory until the hour ends; no personal browsing history is kept. Every 60 minutes the hour's unique visitors per section are totalled, and only those totals are written to disk, kept for 90 days and visible only to the administrator. Raw IPs are not stored; to limit abusive reports, an IP hash that cannot be directly reversed is kept briefly and cleared after about a minute. These statistics do not identify anyone, and the counts are estimates.

Calculator fields

Unit prices and quantities are used for conversion inside your browser; the calculator does not create any order on the server.

Google AdSense and cookies

This site includes the Google AdSense code; whether ads appear depends on review and settings. With Google's ad services, Google and other third-party ad vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve ads, measure them and prevent abuse, and may show personalized ads based on your visits to this and other sites.

See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. You can adjust personalized ads in Google My Ad Center and manage or delete cookies in your browser. These settings do not stop every ad or technical log.

External links and how data is used

This site links to the listing sources, the Bank of Taiwan and other services; once you leave, those platforms handle data under their own policies. We use the visit statistics to understand how the site is used; the price history shows market changes and contains nothing users type into the calculator.
